Shipping & Delivery
All shipping within New Zealand is Free. Please refer to the pricing below for Australian and International shipping rates.
You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. Our goal at Kirsty Black Studio is to ship your order as soon as possible.
DELIVERY: It generally takes 2 days to wrap your painting in preparation for collection. Once your order has been processed, you will then receive notification with an estimated delivery date. Please make sure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.
Shipping in New Zealand is Free. Please refer to the pricing below for international and Australian shipping.
If you can't find your country on the delivery options please contact me directly and I will get a quote for you, so that you can decide if you would like to proceed with your purchase.
Payment
You may either purchase online for Studio Direct artworks or you can email me directly for my bank account details.
Please contact the gallery directly for artworks from the Gallery Selection.

I respect the privacy of all customers and their personal information. Information collected will be used solely to conduct my business. Your personally identifiable visitor information will not be disclosed to third parties, other than for the purpose of completing transaction, (i.e. processing payments or shipping packages). I will only ask for and use relevant personal information as necessary.
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your order as soon as receive it. If the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, let me know so that I can evaluate and correct the issue.
